THE FACILITIES

 

 

 

The facilities consist in:

• 2 barns, with 8 stalls each;

• 1 outdoor show complex, with a 30x60 sand arena, 2 round pens, covered seats for the public and judging stand;

• 1 indoor complex, with a 20x40  indoor arena, 20x30 outdoor arena for warming up and public and judge stands;

• big pastures for all the horses, with many threes that create a shady, cool climate during hot summer days, tasty grass and shelters with hay and water.

 

Thomas and Lilly, Sophie's parents, renewed the old family ranch in 2000, but decided to keep the simple design and the raw materiale from our lands, as wood and stone, of the original barns.

A little lounge for staff was added, and the washing stalls, feed room and tack room are now build outside the stable - this way there is more space inside the barn for the horses' stalls. Thomas and Lilly therefore expanded the stall's size, and added a runoff to each of it.

 

All of these changes make our facility a beautiful place to live and train in, for both humans and horses.
